"My experience has clearly shown that, compared to patients who do not ingest soy, those patients that ingest the most soy have more thyroid problems and more severe imbalances in their hormonal systems.  In fact, I have found it nearly impossible to balance the thyroid and the rest of the endocrine system in those patients who ingest large amounts of soy in their diet."
– David Brownstein, M.D.

"Soy is a very cheap crop to grow and it has found its way into countless food items and dairy products, not to mention cosmetics, shampoos, and vitamins.  Therefore, many people are exposed to soy on a daily basis without even knowing it!"
-Sheryl Shenefelt, C.N.
